How to book?
Apply online using the availability calendars. We will confirm the availability by return (someone else can have confirmed an option in the meantime). To ensure your reservation, we will ask that you settle down payments by an amount equal to 50% of the total invoice. How to pay your deposit?
Once you have made your booking request, wait for our answer. Then go to your personal file on the server and proceed with the payment of the deposit using one of the different payment methods proposed to you (credit cards).
Important: Your reservation is guaranteed and definitive as soon as we receive a payment from you. Cancellation or change a reservation.
The cancellation or change of dates is possible free of charge until 8 days before the planned stay. For cancellations occurring between 4 and 8 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total booking is accepted with a minimum equal to the amount of deposit paid. In case of cancellation less than 4 days, the full amount is due. Feel free to call us for any additional information. |
